Crooks! When we told them they damaged our load lock in the process of unloading they said that "it was already damaged" seriously? If it was already damaged did you file an incident report or did you notify the driver before they started to unload? Manager had no answer to my question! Admit your mistake and take ownership of the issue, we really don't care about $25 load lock, it just takes our drivers time to stop at the truck stop to grab a new one! Anyways karma is biatch. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. For now we are boycotting this place. -ZERO STARS!
