The receptionist was very rude when I called in and took more than a week to get back to me about scheduling an appointment. Explained to the very rude receptionist that we are 1st time home buyers under a warranty and that we needed an estimate before any work was done to provide to the warranty company. The receptionist explained that they won't take a job that uses a home warranty system because they're afraid the warranty company will try to dispute the amount that gets charged. I explained repeatedly that the warranty company is separate from the actual payment, I pay upfront, and she still was very adamant that they wouldn't do the job. Bad customer service, I didn't realize that there were companies out there that don't except money.
